What we do

Kara is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Prior to becoming an immigration consultant, Kara was employed for 8 years with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), in various front-line and training positions. Included in this experience are multiple years as an immigration officer at ports of entry in southern Alberta and Saskatchewan. It is these skills she brings into her own business and immigration consulting practice. She successfully completed the Immigration Consultant program through Humber College in 2014/15. Utilizing this specialized education and her government training, she has an understanding of both the application and processing sides of immigration programs.
